Terms of Service

Clear service rules for free mini-audits, paid diagnostics, responsibilities, payments, and limits.

Last updated: 8 June 2026

These terms apply to Pain Finder OS, a B2B service that provides public-signal mini-audits and diagnostic reports for dental clinics and similar businesses. This page is provided for general business clarity and is not legal advice.

1. Who we are

Pain Finder OS helps businesses identify visible enquiry leaks across websites, booking paths, tracking signals, local visibility, reviews, and follow-up risks.

2. Services

  • Free Mini-Audit: a short public-signal scan with 2–3 visible findings where available.
  • Diagnostic Fix: a paid deeper check and action report, currently starting at £397 unless otherwise agreed in writing.
  • Implementation or ongoing optimisation may be quoted separately.

3. No guarantees

We do not guarantee rankings, revenue, patient numbers, advertising results, or exact lost revenue. Our work is based on visible evidence and practical recommendations.

4. Client responsibilities

You are responsible for providing accurate business details, access where required, and making final decisions about implementation, advertising, compliance, and professional advice.

5. Payment

Paid work must be paid according to the quote, invoice, checkout, or written agreement provided. Prices may change for future work.

6. Intellectual property

Reports prepared for a client may be used by that client internally. Pain Finder OS keeps ownership of its tools, workflows, templates, analysis methods, and internal systems.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pain Finder OS is not liable for indirect losses, lost profits, lost revenue, or business interruption arising from use of the service.
